I love that book... for many reasons. It has helped me triple my quality relationships... and now I often recognize how I can help others where I would not have thought twice. The place I recommend a lot of people start is making 3 lists: a) Family & Friends b) People Who Impact Your Life (people who teach you, refer you, comfort you, etc etc) c) Build Relationship list... for people you want to build deeper relationships with For list a & b, find out their birthday.
