The blogger’s rule: read other blogs! (and I’ve broken it!)
I used to have overflowing of ideas to blabber this blog about, sometimes updating this blog three or four times a day… but of recent, it seems my “crazy idea” have died down a lot. For a couple of days now, I have been wondering “Where did all my post ideas go to?”
Yes, I’ve been busy. Busy and happily helping people with their blogs. Busy tweaking code in Dreamweaver, drawing cute things in Photoshop, and meeting up with people I’ve not met for a long time! … and I’ve realised that I’ve broken THE rule. I’ve not caught up with my feeds for ages!
As I am typing this, the “unread” count on FeedDemon stands at 3703! Heh. Well. So that is where I left my “crazy ideas”!
Its time for me to catch up with my feeds. Time for me to catch up with more crazy ideas. How about you? Are your blog post ideas dying off? Nobody can sustain a blog and chunk out a great post everyday without first reading some good material. Have you broken THE rule too?

Oh my, how uncanny that now I come across this post! I took longer than unexpected to prepare for my next few posts for my still-brand-new blog, and my Google Reader has been flooded! Okay, not as bad as yours, but bad enough.

I am definitely guilty of this too! I think I am subscribed to over 50 blogs, but generally have to sit down for a few hours each month to catch up on all of them!

Terra,
I think both of us need to learn to prioritize. Maybe we don’t have to read 50 or 100 blogs… but focus on the top 10?
