Yes, some time it is quicker to build a new one then to borrow other's theme. Documenting codes is definitely not what every coders like. When you are giving it away for free, the more you don't bother about documenting your codes. Another frustration is when you got theme working and looking good in Firefox, then, the whole darn thing just looking out of order in IE! So just get on with blogging and use the simplest theme. It is the content that really counts! We all faced the same problems when trying to tweak Wordpress theme! Yes, some time it is quicker to build a new one then to borrow other’s theme.
