Hahah... Robin. From the DVDs I've bought from the IMC (MarketingTips.com), what they recommended is to do the market research first - i.e. to use keyword research tools like WordTracker. And of course, for full automation, its best to sell information products.

However, I haven't got down to doing it - sad to say, I'm afraid that I will lose my investment. I know the steps, but I am just not confident of my own judgement in terms of market research. :P

So here I am, blogging along. But its good - I love blogging! Except it won't make me millions yet. :P Haha

I saw Jay Abraham when I was twenty-three at a conference in LA. At that time, the internet was just getting started but I will tell you, that he was just as thought provoking.

I like the dichotomy of business vs. promotion, as it make sense. And knowing that there are only three ways to grow a business. (get more customers, get customers to buy more often, charge more), one must determine the product or services and resources to implement the tactics that can produce the three variables above.

The questions is, which product or service!!!
