This is done in two ways. First, any blog entry that you specify and link to in your post will be sent a trackback. Secondly, the post screen also has a "trackbacks" panel (default underneath the optional except panel, which is below the post text box). Just type in the URL you want to sent trackbacks to, separating multiple URIs with spaces. How would you know if is already working? Try doing a trackback to this blogpost!
